Here, we ensure that the sales training is individually and organizationally relevant.
We do this by assessing the competence level of the sales force and identifying
the key sales segments and practices to which we must align.

Next, sales training tailored to all targeted sales segments (large accounts, territory,
etc.) is rolled out to the sales force; in addition, the sales leaders and managers
are taught how to coach the methodology.

Once the training has been rolled out, we install the methodology to ensure sustainable
adoption. To accomplish this, we certify
the sales leaders and deploy the efox software solution according to the specific
needs identified in Phase 1.
