As U.S. defense spending projections flatten under pressure for balanced budgets,
companies competing for government contracts must tightly align with their customers
and move into adjacent markets that are more competitive and where technological
superiority are not enough to drive success. The competitive landscape also reflects: |
- Potential new entrants to U.S. market--increased competition from emerging suppliers, such as Japan, China, Canada, Russia and Brazil.
|
- International Growth--leveraging talent around the world to capture global demand.
|
- Concerns for the Environment --providing solutions that better address environmental concerns to ensure sustainable industry growth.
|
- Innovative Solutions from Collaborative Leadership --mobilizing the best teams from disparate divisions to explore and construct innovative integrated solutions.
