| This workshop focuses on the creation of a strategic blueprint to surgically penetrate and develop accounts. Participants will further their understanding of account management proficiency, characterized by the ability to: |
- Gather, analyze, and exploit customer and competitive intelligence in order to create unexpected customer value through the formation of an opportunity
- Coordinate a multi-dimensional political campaign based on alignment with multiple individuals within different organizational areas
- Establish a dynamic approach to producing pipelines, creating corporate signatures, and conducting highly effective executive meetings
